The Stoughton Area School District is accepting applications for a 1.0 FTE Assistant Principal for River Bluff Middle School. Job Summary: Provide leadership in the coordination, supervision, and continuous improvement of the educational programs at the Middle School. The administrator works proactively and responsively to support and maintain a safe, supportive climate, focusing on a high level of learning for each child. Decisions our leader makes each day will be grounded in an equity imperative, which means that each child receives what they need to develop to their full academic and social potential. She/He will help to bring our staff members to their highest levels of contribution, and will offer clear, descriptive and ongoing feedback to advance their practice, while providing the environment necessary for all students to achieve their full potential.
