Histotechnologist Lead, Immunohistochemistry

Description We are seeking an experienced histology professional to serve as the Histotechnologist Lead. As the Histotechnologist Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and quality of our laboratory operations. Primary duties include:
* Perform tests involving immunofluorescence, immunohistochemistry, and in situ hybridization.
* Maintain workflow, adhere to turnaround time (TAT) deadlines, and manage quality control and other necessary logs.
* Resolving technical and operational issues that arise.
* Assists with preparation for accreditation and regulatory inspections and OSHA/CAP inspection.
* Provides oversight of the supply and/or reagent inventory management system.
Salary Range: $64.20 - $79.78/hour

Qualifications * Histotechnician HT (ASCP) or Histotechnologist HTL (ASCP) certification.
* 5+ years of histology experience.
* Bachelor's degree preferred.
