Inside Sales Manager

JOB SUMMARY

The Inside Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales
growth, managing an inside sales team across multiple time zones, and ensuring
the achievement of sales targets and objectives. This position will be responsible for
industrial gas product sales to include hard-goods, packaged and small bulk gases,
and safety products across multiple commercial targets and market segments with
a focus on existing house accounts, previous lost business, and new account
generation (Box1/Box2, Box3 business).

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

* Leading and managing a team of inside sales
representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives

* Setting sales goals and monitoring performance
metrics to ensure the team's success

* Providing coaching, training, and guidance to
team members to improve their sales skills and performance

* Building and maintaining strong relationships
with customer base

* Collaborating with other sales teams across the
organization to develop and execute cross-selling opportunities

* Monitoring and managing sales pipelines, forecasting,
and sales reporting (CRM)

* Conducting regular performance reviews and providing
feedback to team members

* Staying updated on industry trends, product
knowledge, and sales training (MSM)

* 50% plus travel
