Bachelor's degree (B.A.), 3-5 years in training development, instructional design, and facilitation (in person or online); or equivalent combination of education and experience Proven ability to effectively manage, lead, and motivate employees Understanding and ability to apply adult learning theories and effective L&D methods Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Advanced level of skill with Microsoft Office Up to 75% travel Annual salary 65,000.00 - 80,000.00 To perform this job successfully, the employee must be capable of performing each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily.
