WHO ARE YOU? As the Channel Administrator & Support Specialist (CASS), you have a desire to provide best-in-class front-line service to VHL's customers, particularly those working through our digital channel partners. You value the relationships you build and always want to ensure that a customer's experience is positive and seamless. WHO ARE WE? We are passionate, lifelong learners, and creative thinkers working daily to develop culturally authentic language learning digital and print content for the K-20 education space. WHAT IS THE ROLE ABOUT? As a front-line concierge for our company, you are responsible for providing top-tier customer assistance. You proactively manage administrative efforts related to these digital channel programs, acting as the primary liaison between various stakeholders, including channel partners, bookstores, customers, and internal VHL teams. The CASS ensures smooth operations, accurate tracking, and fosters transparency through data reporting. WHY IS THIS EXCITING? LOCATION - Hybrid Boston/Remote This role is a Hybrid Boston, MA/remote work arrangement during the work week and requires three days of in-office time (Tues/Thurs minimum). Our office is located at 500 Boylston Street, Boston, MA. Candidates must reside locally and within a reasonable distance to the office to be considered.
