Typical Day in the Life

    Meeting with stakeholders and reviewing documents; seeking to understand current workflow process and desired workflow process
  • Recommending improvements to current workflows using knowledge from discussions, documentation, and outside experience
  • Identifying and proposing opportunities for automation around data movement, campaign execution and delivery, and reporting
  • Designing and building processes with the marketing team and internal service providers for handling marketing qualified and sales qualified leads
  • Assisting in the development, building, implementation and maintenance of measurement mechanisms to ensure the return on investment for marketing and sales activities is captured, reported, and utilized for ongoing improvement
  • Assist with various projects as identified by leadership that help scale, automate, and measure.
  • Ensures timely and accurate performance on assigned projects
  • Maintains compliance with project budgets, turnaround times, and deadlines

Who You Are

  • You have a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Science, Analytics or a related field required; or equivalent experience
  • You also have 3-5 years of experience in data management, marketing operations, or business analysis
  • You have strong proficiency in Salesforce and Pardot, specifically configurations in Salesforce object manager or report design
  • You have proficiency in automation tools, specifically trigger conditions, useful variables, and planned actions.
    • Examples: Salesforce flows, Pardot automations, marketing automations, Zapier, MS power automate
  • You are proficient with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and various marketing-related technology
  • You can demonstrate deep understanding of records management and campaign attribution planning
  • You are familiar with Paid Social media reporting
  • You have knowledge and understanding of key marketing principles and the functional roles within the marketing and sales teams
  • You have excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills to work across the marketing team and with IT professionals
  • You have the ability to define and manage project scopes, interpreting requirements from stakeholders, and identifying timelines
  • You have a strategic and proactive mindset with strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • You are comfortable with ambiguity, testing and learning from new things
  • You can build rapport and relationships with colleagues
  • You can work both independently and collaboratively in a team

Benefits and Compensation

Our compensation philosophy emphasizes competitive and equitable pay. Eide Bailly complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying salary ranges. Final compensation decisions are dependent upon factors such as geography, experience, education, skills, and internal equity.

Salary Range: $75,000-$85,000

Beyond base salary, Eide Bailly provides benefits such as: generous paid time off, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) profit sharing, life and disability insurance, lifestyle spending account, certification incentives, education assistance, and a referral program.
