Description and Requirements

Lenovo is seeking a passionate and ambitious eCommerce Strategy Program Manager to join our team. This position will report directly to the Chief of Staff in the Office of VP & GM of Global eCommerce and Lenovo.com. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive key initiatives that support the future of Lenovo's digital experience and business. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic and rapidly changing global tech environment and be skilled at managing a wide range of responsibilities with precision and enthusiasm with the big picture in mind.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead seamless coordination and execution of a large annual strategic global summit, working closely with event planning agencies, eCommerce cross-organizational stakeholders, external industry partners and community relations to ensure success under the vision and direction of the Chief of Staff. This may include but is not limited to, weekly updates to senior leadership, year-long planning cycles, pre and post event communication and survey analysis, onsite logistics and potential travel to support an annual recognition event.

  • Develop and execute an annual plan for global All Hands meetings and Employee Engagement initiatives to support a culture of collaboration and innovation across the organization. This may include but is not limited to, establishing and maintaining annual plans and agendas for New Hire Employee Roundtables, Key Emerging Talent Lunch and Learns, EPIC Employee Resource Groups, Global eCommerce Leadership Team meetings.

  • Coordinate and plan internal executive communication efforts, proactively identifying key moments that matter during the year and managing a timeline to support the Chief of Staff in delivering impactful engagement strategies for the VP/GM through strategic communications.

  • Gather external executive keynote communication requirements, supporting the Chief of Staff in selecting strategic opportunities to elevate Lenovo and the VP/GM.

  • Partner closely with key personnel to create and manage a Global eCommerce Corporate Calendar aligned to the VP/GM's objectives. Success means balancing and strategically scheduling critical touchpoints (All Hands meetings) with rigor for employee recognition award management to drive real-time engagement and appreciation.

  • Project manage a diverse portfolio of strategic initiatives and ad hoc needs, supporting the rapid growth of Lenovo's Global eCommerce business under the leadership of the Chief of Staff.

  • Regular maintenance and distribution of strategic industry reports, publications including the draft and creation of newsletters, ThinkTank initiatives and ad hoc engagements to support Senior Global eCommerce Strategy members. This may also include owning the maintenance of Global eCommerce distribution lists to ensure accurate organization-wide communication.

Position Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing/Communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years in program management or operations roles, preferably in a fast-paced global, corporate environment.



Preferred:

  • Impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey success and inspire teams.

  • Experience in global event planning and execution is strongly preferred.

  • Ability to thrive under pressure, manage multiple deadlines, and priorities with ease.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
