Job Description

Our Physician Billing Department (PBD) is seeking a Specialist II, Revenue Operations to join their team. In this role, you will ensure all charges are processed in an efficient and accurate manner in accordance with departmental guidelines. Interested in taking this next step in your career?   • Successful with establishing relationships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives and goals.

You Will:

  • Analyze, enter, and process professional charges, including surgical procedures and anesthesia received by the Physician Billing Department
  • Ensure the accuracy of all information entered into multiple applications
  • Review Patient Keeper assignments to ensure the timely processing of charges and investigate charges requiring follow up
  • Proactively identify and resolve any issues impacting the timely submission of charges
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to have charges processed according to departmental guidelines and workflows
  • Participate in departmental process improvement initiatives

You Have:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a healthcare or administrative capacity
  • Strong data entry experience
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
