Student Research Assistant

Student Research Assistant to assist Principal Investigator with research in the area of chromatin organization; performs basic lab maintenance duties, including washing glassware, using the autoclave, cleaning lab equipment, and stocking shelves; assists with the care, maintenance, and genotyping of laboratory mice; provides assistance in preparing buffers, plasmid DNAs, and other reagents; performs experiments or investigations using research/laboratory equipment; maintains records and data; maintains lab supplies; and other duties as assigned.

Must be a currently enrolled OSU student; ability to work consistently and reliably with flexible schedule; Requires successful completion of a background check; candidate may be requested to complete a pre-employment physical, including a drug screen.
