Description and Requirements We are looking for an entry level validation engineer with a background in computer sciences for a position in Lenovo's Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG) validation team. This role will require knowledge of computer subsystems, and or scripting/automation to be applied to validation of Lenovo Servers. Candidates will be responsible functional verification of different subsystems such as storage, networking, Memory, GPU, systems management, UEFI, etc. This role will work closely with both the development and PA teams in efforts to ensure customer satisfaction of our ThinkSystem servers and FW functions. Responsibilities will include execution of test plans, defect discovery and documentation, debug efforts, test plan reviews / creation, etc. Applicants must have a background in computer architecture, computer sciences, automation, or scripting / programming. The role requires the ability to apply this knowledge to help refine and create test cases, execute test plans, and to find, document, and debug defects. Job responsibilities:
