This position is responsible for daily check/certificate pulls and ensuring all Vault entry logs are completed, receiving check/certificate inventories and accurately verifying the incoming inventory as well as correctly logging in SunGard/WinApp recordkeeping system.

This role will be temp-to-perm, fully onsite in our Mendota Heights location

Core Duties/Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

  • Customer Service (internal & external)
  • Researching inquires
  • Reviewing time sensitive and/or complex documents
  • Revising departmental procedures
  • Coordinate situations that involve other departments.
  • Desktop deposits
  • Pulling reports involving checks
  • Retrieving documents
  • Mailing active/archived work items and inserting comments

Skills, Capabilities and Attributes

  • Strong communication & problem solving skills

  • Financial services and/or transfer agent operations experience

  • Ability to comprehend moderate to complex operational processes and their interrelationship

  • Ability to work independently and multi-task

  • Must be able to demonstrate exceptional customer service and display professionalism

  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills and adaptability

  • Self-starter with ability to follow client request through resolution

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills

  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information

  • Superior knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

  • Experience working in a highly regulated environment and compliance requirements

  • Experience working with internal/external auditors

Education requirements

  • High School Diploma is required.

Experience requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: customer service, operations, financial services, accounting, business processing, analytical, financial, clerical, or call center.

Compensation

  • $19.00-20.50 per hour
