RealmOne is seeking a Workforce Development Manager to support a program within RealmOne's Next-Gen portfolio.

  • Build and expand a highly skilled workforce with health morale and deeper levels of understanding and engagement with the mission and their work, while maximizing retention and increasing company's ability to attract new qualified candidates.
  • Strong ties to military and local community, which can be utilized to support sourcing efforts.
  • While supporting staffing efforts, also help coordinated required certification training, develop contractor-provided training plans, courses, and schedules to upskill our workforce, and coordinate training to keep all personnel current on required commercial technologies and trends.
  • Understands recruiting processes and procedures, to best support Talent Acquisition team.
  • Utilize pre-established recruiting roadmap to support local sourcing team.
  • Work will be performed remotely and in client spaces at Ft. Eisenhower, Ga.


  • Strong communication skills, and ability to work in a group environment.
  • Experience with SIGINT ISR is preferable.

Position requires active Security Clearance with appropriate Polygraph
