Job Description

Wax Core Prep Operator - 1st shift

Title: Wax Core Prep/Operator

Reports to: Wax Area Manager

Location: Painesville

Shift: 1st

Requirements:

  • Able to meet deadlines and be accountable for quality/quantity
  • Comfortable using a team approach to problem solving
  • Have strong sense of urgency with the ability to work independently

Work Experience:

  • Ability to perform tasks as directed.

Responsibility: The Wax Operator is responsible for completing assigned tasks, following the schedule as set by supervision, maintaining a clean work area, and reducing scrap.

Specific Duties:

  • Perform basic wax related tasks in assigned area.
  • Perform production schedule as needed by the business demand.
  • Keeps work area clean, orderly, and in safe condition, following all safety rules - supports 6S initiatives.
  • Maintain a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a manner that gets along with customers, clients, co-workers, and supervisors.
  • Any and all additional responsibilities as required or assigned.
