Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled Test Lead with a strong background in ETL, automated testing, and data warehousing testing to oversee our project testing phases. With a focus on Property & Casualty Insurance, the ideal candidate will ensure the highest quality standards are met, leveraging their expertise in Oracle, SAP Business Objects, Snowflake, and Tricentis Tosca.

This role demands a meticulous and analytical approach to lead our testing strategy and execution.

Technology : Data Quality & Data Governance

Roles & Responsibilities: Job Summary:

The Data Quality Tester is responsible for designing, developing, and executing test automation frameworks to ensure the quality and integrity of data throughout the application technology stacks.

This role involves close collaboration with stakeholders to define test strategies, manage test plans, and integrate testing activities for Data and Reporting. Recommended Experiences : Experience with Data Quality testing within the software development lifecycle.

* Experience translating business requirements into testable components

* Experience designing and executing Data Quality tests.

* Experience analyzing and tracking test results and defect data.

* Proficiency in Tosca DI for test automation and optimization

* Knowledge of Snowflake, Oracle, BO for data warehousing and ETL processes

* Experience with ETL testing to ensure data integrity during migrations

* Familiarity with Power BI for data visualization and reporting

The annual salary for this position is between $[110 - 125k] depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
