Cognizant Marketing Internship Location - Remote Duration: 8 weeks (June 7 - August 2) Position Overview Cognizant engineers modern businesses. Interns in this position will apply their education and practical skills while gaining hands-on experience in the marketing field across industries, including energy, automotive, manufacturing, and retail. Marketing interns will be aligned with teams to work on strategic projects, learn from professionals, and contribute to Cognizant's goals. Qualifications Legally authorized to work in the U.S. Must be fully/permanently authorized to work in the US, Cognizant cannot provide sponsorship for this role Undergraduate student with a graduation date between December 2024 and June 2025 Preferred majors include Marketing, Advertising, Strategic Communications, and Public Relations Self-motivated individuals with experience in marketing & social media campaigns, analytics, marketing research, events, advertising Must have strong verbal and written communication skills, experience presenting information, and have a self-starting/entrepreneurial mindset. Preferred; experience with using Microsoft Suite (particularly PowerPoint) and Canva Available to intern for the full 8-week internship from June 7th - August 2nd 2024. Hourly Rate and Other Compensation Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis. The hourly rate for this position is $25.00 per hour, depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
