Description Software Quality Assurance Engineer Remote, USA OneStream Software LLC Benefits Offered Vision, Medical, Life, Dental, 401K Compensation Range $58,000.00 - $95,000.00 (Range applies to US candidates only) + Benefits/Variable Comp/Equity - Range may vary based on experience Employment Type Full-Time ABOUT THE JOB We are looking for a Software Quality Assurance Engineer to join our OneStream Development team. Our company provides Corporate Performance Management (CPM) software for large corporations. Our product is designed for high-end deployments at customer facilities or in the Microsoft Azure cloud. The core engine contains complex OLAP-type, multi-dimensional, multi-server, multi-threading, web, and SQL technologies and is specifically designed to solve problems for the Office of Finance at extremely large corporations. RESPONSIBILITIES: Works with Agile Scrum effectively by listening and collaborating within scrum calls. Identify, document, and validate defects in software solutions. Create test cases from functional requirements. Collaborate with Product Management and Developers. Validate installation and configuration test cases in a desktop, browser, and cloud environment. Validate UI/UX elements in solutions to ensure quality criteria is met. Learn the OneStream product and core functionality. Contribute to process improvements and enhancements. DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Required Knowledge and Experience 2+ years of experience testing commercial/enterprise software or a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance or other related field. Knowledge of test management systems. Experience testing commercial /enterprise software. Experience or solid understanding of Agile methodology. Preferred Knowledge and Experience Experience in automation, preferably in C#. Testing experience in Cloud or SaaS environments . Financial background a plus. CQE Certification or studying for certification. Personal Attributes Learn new features and approaches quickly. Strong written and verbal skills. Solid team/collaboration skills. Prioritize efforts and solid time management skills. Risk assess issues to business impact. Foundational understanding of Software Development Lifecycle and Quality's role and expectations. Experienced working independently and autonomously. Legally authorized to work for any company in the United States without sponsorship.
