Summary of Position |
Under general direction, provide administrative software configuration, feature integration, technical support, troubleshooting, and system maintenance for the portfolio of software applications used and maintained by
USNH Enterprise Technology and Services as well iLearnNH . These applications include, but are not limited to learning management, media hosting and delivery, student response, student success, campus portal, web surveying, lecture capture, web conferencing, and teaching evaluations. Apply knowledge of
UNH business practices and policies and the role of products within the broader Information Technology ecosystem to obtain optimum results. Stay current with the latest versions, issues, and user communities surrounding specific products as well as overall trends and advancements in educational technologies and their support. Develop and maintain specialized knowledge of the complexities of application administration needs of a subset of the portfolio of applications. Collaborate effectively with application user support and training staff to maximize utilization of application features. Follow defined IT best practices. Participate in other Teaching and Learning Technology project work as assigned. |

Duties / Responsibilities
Job Duties
Duty/Responsibility |
Perform application administration activities for SaaS (cloud) systems including review and testing of vendor updates, implementing configurations and integrations, maintaining permissions, and creating various data sets within the AT application portfolio. Review data provisioning and other scheduled jobs. Install system enhancements and extensions as requested. Keep all administration procedure documentation, testing guides, and disaster recovery plans up to date with latest information, keeping logs of decisions and implementation dates. Report on utilization of tools and features using built-in functionality. |
Duty/Responsibility |
Plan, schedule, and communicate system maintenance, new feature deployment, and configuration updates in collaboration with the
TLT application user support staff. |
Duty/Responsibility |
Provide service and support to system end users including help with complex features and troubleshooting reported issues and bugs. Work with other administrators,
USNH system owners, iLearnNH school districts, and SaaS vendors to resolve issues in a timely manner. |
Duty/Responsibility |
Perform custom development tasks using APIs, scripting languages,
CSS, JavaScript, and other technologies to customize product look-and-feel, address complex integrations, and enhance product functionality to meet end user needs. |

Participate as a core team member on major system upgrades and other Teaching and Learning Technology projects as assigned. Contribute ideas and expertise, investigate and develop skills in new technologies required for these projects. |
