• Estimated annual base pay: $15.82(minimum) - $19.76(midpoint) - $23.70(maximum)

Are you ready to make your mark? If you're a Stockroom Attendant in a production environment, we have an exciting opportunity for you. Woodward is hiring for an opening at our Loves Park Campus in Loves Park, IL for 1st shift Stockhandler. This position is responsible for managing steel stock inventory and supporting the manufacturing floor with steel stock material, parts, and kits to keep production flowing throughout the site. What you will be doing

• Measure raw steel stock and use a cutoff saw to cut bar stock to proper size
• Physically lifting, carrying and/or moving via use of fork-lift or walk-truck steel stock and other materials to transport
• Counting, weighing, packaging and cycle counting steel stock and other inventory
• Perform various computer transactions using the ERP system to fill work orders and to maintain accurate inventory
• Use spray paint, and other chemicals for identification, cleaning and maintenance of equipment
• Continually counting, using addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division; and working with numbers to perform verification and matching of critical data.

What We Are Looking For

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience in handling inventory in a warehouse environment
• Computer, reading, writing and math skills
• Ability to work in a team atmosphere
• Safety minded individual
