  • Estimated annual base pay: $73,900 (minimum) - $92,400 (midpoint) - $110,900 (maximum)

Are you ready to make your mark? We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team at our machine shop operations environment. As the Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for directing the activities of subordinates in direct production and indirect support functions.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Ensure members adhere to all work instructions and quality requirements.
  • Actively motivates direct reports and team/project members.
  • Leads strategic projects for functional area.
  • Collaborates with others on continuous process improvement and cost reduction plans.
  • Aligns individual and team/departmental goals to support overall organizational goals. Motivates and recognizes members on achievements.
  • Develops, reviews, and maintains staffing requirements.
  • Responsible for annual performance evaluations, development, discipline, and terminations.

What We Are Looking For

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • A two- or four-year degree in a related discipline is desired.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of previous leadership experience is required (e.g. direct leadership, team lead, mentoring, projects, etc.).
  • Experience in operations/manufacturing environment is required.
  • Demonstrated experience leading continuous improvement activities through strong team-building and problem-solving.
  • Demonstrated ability to delegate effectively and follow through on assigned tasks, with a strong track record of meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to make timely decisions with sometimes incomplete information and under tight deadlines and pressure, while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage projects with department-level scope and impact.
  • Strong leadership skills, including the ability to motivate teams and effectively resolve complex member-related issues.
