Major/Essential Functions Manage receipt distribution process from inception to delivery and serve as the primary information resource for Gift Receipting. Assist with allocation maintenance. Assist with monthly review of grants to determine Private Support items. Assist with reconciliations, reporting, and other departmental projects as assigned. Ability to communicate well with both internal and external customers with a high degree of knowledge of accepted standards of courtesy and etiquette. Excellent organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to handle multiple, changing and sometimes conflicting priorities and deadlines. Advanced experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, etc.). Ability to perform tasks with a high degree of proficiency, accuracy and timeliness. Excellent and creative writing skills. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree and 1 year of experience OR combination of education and experience to equal 5 years.
