The ideal candidate will lead the design and implementation of Manhattan systems to enhance our retail operations. Required SkillsTechnical Skills- ARIS Security5.Nice to have skills Techincal Skills-Domain Skills- Warehouse Management Concepts8.Roles & Responsibilities- Analyze and evaluate existing warehouse management systems to identify areas for improvement.- Develop detailed project plans for the implementation of enhancements to the JDA WMS system.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of the JDA WMS with other business systems.- Provide expert advice and solutions to complex warehousing and distribution challenges.- Conduct training sessions for users on the functionalities and updates of the JDA WMS.- Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in warehouse management to recommend innovative solutions.- Prepare and present reports on project progress and outcomes to senior management.- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all warehouse management practices.- Work closely with IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve any issues arising in the JDA WMS.- Optimize warehouse layouts and processes for maximum efficiency using JDA WMS insights.-Qualifications- Must have a deep understanding of JDA WMS and its application in warehousing and distribution.- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects in warehouse management.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with teams.- Knowledge of warehousing and distribution domain is highly desirable.- Ability to adapt to changing technologies and learn new skills quickly is required.- Experience in training users on new systems and processes is beneficial.- A commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes within tight deadlines is crucial.- Familiarity with regulatory standards in warehousing and distribution is an advantage.
