The Senior Director of the Parent and Family Program will focus on cultivating, soliciting and stewarding major gifts from a portfolio of parent prospects to support university priorities. The Senior Director will partner closely with University Relations' Prospect Research Team to continuously build a portfolio of new, high-capacity parent prospects. This position will also create and execute strategies to engage current and past parents who have affinity toward Creighton. The Senior Director will assist in building a communications strategy in partnership with the Advancement Communications Team, as well as engage volunteers of the Parent and Family Leadership Council (PFLC). The Senior Director will build strong on-campus partnerships with Enrollment Management, Student Life, Student Success, the Career Center, Alumni Relations and Development staff to maximize opportunities for engagement and to support programming initiatives for parents of current, prospective, and former students.
