  • Education: Equivalent to a Bachelor's Degree form an accredited college or university with major coursework in human resources management, personnel management, public or business administration, statistics, mathematics, or a related degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience;
  • Experience: A minimum of four (4) years of progressively responsible analytical experience in human resources, finance/budget, or related field with demonstrated proficiency in analysis, budgeting/costing is required.
