In the role of Customer Service Representative - Agency Support, you'll dive into a fast-paced environment with key responsibilities including processing paperless and electronic bond purchasing systems for new and renewal business, cancellations, and endorsements. You'll handle preparing billing invoices, continuation certificates, policies, and cancellation and reinstatement notices for outgoing mail. You'll be the go-to person for interacting with branch and field personnel, as well as agents, ensuring smooth communication and efficient transaction processing. Additionally, you'll assist agents in utilizing our electronic bond purchasing systems and company website, retrieve credit reports for the Underwriting Department, and prepare various types of correspondence for Home Office Underwriters, including memos and branch audit materials. You'll also create new bond and credit files and perform various administrative tasks like faxing, scanning, copying, and collateral processing.
Your workweek will be Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:15 p.m., providing you with ample time to enjoy your evenings and weekends. We believe that a balanced schedule is essential for personal well-being, and we've designed our work hours to reflect that commitment.
To excel in this role, you'll need a High School diploma or equivalent and a minimum of two years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Key skills include exceptional customer service, attention to detail, and excellent time management. We're looking for someone who is not only hardworking and a team player but also brings a laid-back attitude and a touch of fun to the job.

Working as a Customer Service Representative - Agency Supportrequires one to work independently and effectively within a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft (MS) Windows and Office products is necessary.Other skills necessary include excellent oral and written communication skills, strong organizational and accurate proofreading skills, the ability to maintain accurate records, the ability to exercise discretion with confidential information, strong attention to detail, and the ability to use a variety of office equipment.

PHYSICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS:
This position requires one to sit for extended periods of time and stand and/or walk occasionally. The position requires one to occasionally push, pull, carry, and/or lift up to 10 pounds. No personal protective equipment is required. Ergonomic equipment is available to employees.
