Tell me more..... The City of Peoria's Streets Division is looking for hard working individuals to fill the Transportation Technician I position in the Signs and Striping Unit. The successful candidate will join a team that places over 800 miles of long-line striping a year, and maintains over 24,000 traffic signs. Experience with traffic maintenance to include striping, traffic sign fabrication, or sign installation is a plus. This labor-intensive position will need someone who enjoys working outdoors, and can meet the physical demands listed in our job description.
