Job Title: International Graduate Admissions Counselor FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Department: Enrollment Management Title of Manager/Supervisor: Senior Director of International Admissions Number of Employees Reporting to this Position: 0 Range: $18.50- $20.50 based on experience Position Summary: The International Graduate Admissions Counselor is the primary point of contact for prospective international students from their initial interest until they are accepted into one of Clarkson's Graduate Programs. They guide interested prospects through the application process, and actively communicate with prospects to assure exceptional service. Internally, they maintain records of all interactions and manage related systems and processes as a prospect inquires, applies, and is accepted or rejected. The position may require some evening and weekend work, flexible hours and occasional travel. This position is based in Schenectady, New York. General Purpose: The international graduate admissions counselor is responsible for guiding interested prospects through the application process; including processing and reviewing applications for graduate admission.
