This is a hybrid role working partially in-office and partially from home.

The Customer Support Representative - Field Services is responsible for providing quality customer service to field offices, producer/representatives, and other partners. This position provides assistance to customers; ensures that they are satisfied with the outcome, and that all internal and external records are handled within regulatory guidelines.

What you do

  • Provide excellent customer service support via telephone, email, and web.
  • Complex Data Entry using multiple tools and systems.
  • Apply research skills and critical problem solving to assist our partners.
  • Monitor state regulations regarding licensing for individuals and corporations.
  • Maintain agent, manager and agency system records as needed.
  • Additional duties as required.

What you bring

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 0-2 years of experience, minimum 1 year of experience in customer service environment highly preferred.
