We are lookingforan experienced salesforce developer who would be a great addition to the team!

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to understand their unique requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
  • Design, develop, test, and maintain custom Salesforce applications, components, and integrations using Apex, Lightning, Visualforce, Einstein Analytics, and other relevant technologies.
  • Utilize and develop in cloud technologies like AWS or Azure to enhance, compliment or replace Salesforce functionalities and integrations.
  • Utilize Python, SQL, SOQL, SAQL to apply data analytics to derive insights and support decision-making processes.
  • Incorporate AI technologies to automate and optimize various Salesforce upstream and downstream processes.
  • Optimize configurations to improve system performance, scalability, and user experience.
  • Implement best practices for security, data governance, and compliance.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to the overall technical excellence of the team.
  • Stay updated on platform updates, industry trends, and emerging technologies to recommend and implement improvements.

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience with Salesforce - Service, Sales, or Experience Cloud.
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce development technologies, including Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, SOQL and SAQL.
  • Experience with Salesforce configuration, customizations, and data modeling.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce integration patterns and REST/SOAP web services.
  • Experienced in Python, JS, HTML, CSS
  • Proficient in release management and version control.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and software development life cycle.
  • Bachelor's degree with a preference in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or Business, and/or equivalent formal training, certifications, or work experience.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer 1
  • AWS Cloud Practitioner
  • Experience with Databricks and or similar tools.
  • Experience with Data Analytics tools such as Einstein Analytics, Tableau or PowerBI
  • Experience with integration technologies for middleware and enterprise service bus (ESB) including API, Tibco Business Works/EMS, and message protocols/formats (JMS, MQ, SOAP, JSON, XML).
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS and Azure
  • Familiarity with AI frameworks and libraries.
