Director of Impact Innovation & Analytics

Summary

The Director of Impact Innovation & Analytics will design the new programs, large-scale projects, and unique approaches to volunteering that will lead the impact team into its innovative future. This role will be responsible for developing sophisticated systems to collect, analyze, map, and chart data to inform understanding of current impact, and to drive future ideas and decision-making. The ideal candidate will be someone who is data savvy, experienced in program development, and comfortable building something from the ground up. This role reports to the Vice President of Impact.

Responsibilities
  • Design, execute, and manage innovative programs/projects, intended to solve root-cause problems in alignment with Chobani's impact priorities
  • Perform modeling to understand the financial implications of proposed programs/projects, and make corresponding recommendations related to program/project structure and feasibility
  • Develop and manage analytics systems for tracking and measuring Chobani's impact, including as it relates to product donations, volunteer participation, and partnerships
  • Evaluate project/program outcomes, revise, and, implement new or enhanced approaches to continually maintain most efficient, effective, and measurable approach
  • Collaborate with sustainability team on impact report
  • Manage special projects within the impact portfolio
  • Help ideate and develop a process for next-gen volunteering
  • Identify key stakeholders internally and externally to advance impact projects, build key relationships, and create and manage work streams as needed to progress projects
Requirements
  • 8-10 years of experience in program design, program evaluation management, management consulting, program analytics, or similar
  • Social impact experience, preferably in the areas of social determinants of health, food insecurity, nutrition insecurity, food policy, urban policy, or related fields
  • Excellent communicator, able to persuasively convey information both in writing and through data
  • Forward thinking with the ability to recommend, influence, and champion change
  • Creative and entrepreneurial; eager to think outside the box and design non-traditional approaches to problems
  • Analytical and data-oriented, with a track record of relying on data analyses to guide decision-making
  • MBA preferred
  • Willingness to travel
  • NYC preferred; option for Dallas, Minneapolis, Cincinnati, Bentonville, Twin Falls (Idaho), New Berlin (New York)

Compensation Range:$142,400.00-$213,600.00, plus bonus.
