Description

Job Summary:

The Branch Sales Manager is part of the Outside Sales Department. This department is responsible for making sales, growing the Company and retaining existing customers. Additionally, the department handles the conversion of sales, customer retention, and functions to ensure long-term growth and prosperity.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:



  • Administer and ensure compliance to all sales practices for branch and perform various trainings sessions with sales representatives and field sales managers daily
  • Roll out and review efficient usage of all sales formula, pitch, and aid to prepare effective sales programs for fields and maintain quality
  • Identify appropriate sales staff and establish efficient work procedures
  • Prepare list of prospective customers for sales leads
  • Assist Brand Manager with all marketing plans and programs for the branch
  • Provide training to all sales personnel to ensure outstanding customer services according to safe procedures
  • Review work of all sales personnel on daily basis; answers employee questions hourly
  • Execute all strategic business plans and monitor all branch sales process and maintain product knowledge
  • Perform appraisals for all branch employees and provide training and counseling as per requirement
  • Oversee all activities for branch and provide optimal level of customer services
  • Prepare reports for all field managers and analyze all financial performance for annual budget
  • Generate leads through outside sales, referrals, business ambassadors, and strategic networking
  • Prepare quotes and sales agreement through Salesforce software for potential customers
  • Network with strategic referral partners using Ambassador Program through the Company
  • Host weekly sales meetings and training calls for improved performance
  • Analyze current marketplace and feeding back important market and competitive information
  • Planning, executing, and managing sales strategies
  • Travel within sales territory to meet prospects, customers, and employees on a weekly basis
  • Other duties as assigned



Qualifications

Qualifications:



  • 5+ years' outside sales experience, industry experienced preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Advanced technical knowledge of relevant industry products and services
  • Strong consultative selling skills
  • Highschool Diploma or equivalent required
