8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday - Friday, weekends and overtime as needed


Overview

Provide product support to all customers, (buyers and operators) on technology components/system issues that may occur on the machines that we sell and support.



Basic Duties

    Provide assistance to all customers regarding controller issues, functionality of equipment and basic machine service questions.
  • Assist technicians throughout the repair process to ensure timely, cost effective and quality repairs are being completed.
  • Coordinate and work with our OEM's in resolving product issues.
  • Demonstrate leadership skills when working with various techs and at times customers to support their needs.
  • Other duties as assigned


Qualifications

  • Must have a solid understanding or be willing to learn about our machinery product lines.

  • Effective oral & written communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills are needed.
  • Must possess good time management skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Must be a self-starter with good time management
  • Computer literate. Will need to use multiple website's/portals from our OEMs to retrieve operator and technical manuals.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license with clean driving record. This includes no more than 2 minor violations within the past 3 years and no major violations within the past 5 years (Motor Vehicle Report will be performed on final candidate).


Physical Requirements/Working Conditions

This position works in a shop/office environment. May on a continuous basis walk, bend and lift up to 75lbs. May, on a continuous basis, sit at a desk for a long period of time; answer telephone calls and write or use a keyboard to communicate through written means. May be required to wear appropriate safety equipment (IE- Safety glasses or side shields) when needed. The noise level in the shop environment is usually moderate to high. Noise level in the office environment is usually moderate to low. Must be flexible to work varying schedules and hours as needed. Occasional travel may be required. The physical demands described above are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
