Summary:

AccuformNMC is a business unit within the Justrite Safety Group family of companies. We are a leading manufacturer of safety signs, tags, labels, and other safety communication products. We are compliance experts that provide a best-in-class customer experience for trusted solutions that meet and/or are customized to our customers' needs.

We are looking for a proven Business Development Manager who can help us achieve our goal of driving exponential growth over the next several years. You will contribute to our success by specifying and implementing effective sales and business development initiatives in line with the global strategy. You will be responsible for leading sales efforts in your target markets by identifying and growing with targeted key end users, distributors, and/or buying groups; as well as by aligning existing channel and independent manufacturing reps to our activities. You will also create / identify targeted end user call campaigns for our inside sales team

Responsibilities:



  • Develop and execute sales strategies at end users to achieve company targets and revenue goals.
  • Drive brand preference and/or end-user specification at large end-users in targeted verticals
  • Establish and execute Account Plans at Targeted End User Accounts
  • Create, plan and implement a strategy in alignment with global sales strategy that ensures short-, medium- and long-term success.
  • Partner with Product Management on end user targets and the value prop for the offerings in target verticals
  • Create and help execute Cold Calling / Call Campaigns for target end users to create new demand
  • Partner with Inside Sales to gain entry to new accounts
  • Be the subject matter expert for the target verticals assigned
  • Conduct joint ride along to end-users with manufacturing sales reps to targeted end users
  • Identify and partner with specialized or regional channel partners in your target verticals to assist with reaching new areas in the market.



Requirements:



  • Ability to travel 40% - 60% of the time
  • Proven Experience (3+ years) of successful experience in selling to end users with strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Preferred industries include industrial construction, food & beverage, oil & gas, Petrochem/chemical labeling or related industries
  • Established selling relationship in large companies with focus on the above industries preferred.
  • Exceptional leadership skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and sales tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales results and meet or exceed targets.
  • Self-motivated and driven with a high level of initiative.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and challenging sales environment.
