Salary and Benefits
This position is in Salary Grade CS2, with a minimum starting wage of $19.03 per hour. The successful candidate's starting wage will be calculated based on education and experience within the compensation grade range.

General Description
The purpose of this position is to support the mission, vision, values, and strategic priorities of the College by serving as the initial point of contact for Student Accounts while providing an exceptional customer experience in both verbal and written communications. This is accomplished by working with students and third parties, whose accounts are both current and delinquent with tuition and fees, as well as managing the billing and collection of student and non-student funds. Other duties include issuing refunds and charge-offs, entering emergency loans, reviewing accounts, assisting students with payment plans, receipting and recording all college funds, receiving and reviewing large volumes of paperwork and performing other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: Education
Associate Degree in Business, Accounting or related field required.
Qualification:Experience
Requires two or three years experience in related field.
Qualification:Skills
Requires strong telephone, computer, organizational and communication skills and ability to work successfully with the public as well as internal stakeholders. The ability to provide courteous customer service, and conform to deadlines. Ten-key calculator skills preferred.
