Job Overview

The Planning, Design, and Construction (PDC) Project Manager is responsible for space and occupancy planning, maintenance of standards (furniture, signage, finishes), and budget tracking and reporting. The PM will work with impacted partners at CHCO sites (Anschutz, Colorado Springs, and network of care facilities) to create furniture and real estate layout concepts and will update space allocations within the real estate portfolio tool.

Qualifications

  • EDUCATION - Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, computer science, or a directly related field Concentration in interior architecture desired,
  • EXPERIENCE - Three years of project management or business/project analyst experience. SSkills should include AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Archibus (or similar IWMS tool). Working knowledge of building systems, codes, construction standards, contract administration, and project coordination. Proficient in interior design principles, three (3) years of planning and project management. s should include AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Archibus (or similar IWMS tool).   • EQUIVALENCY - In lieu of bachelor's degree, four years of professional experience will substitute.
Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
An employee in this position may be called upon to do any or all of the following essential functions. These examples do not include all of the functions which the employee may be expected to perform.
1.Develops and gains approval of planning, design and construction project plans, which outline the objectives of the project, scope of work, and project elements.
2.Coordinates the vendor selection process; assists with contract negotiations and preparations then monitors projects for conformance to approved plans and contract specifications.
3.Develops and monitors project budgets, which includes allocating resources and tracking and approving expenditures; prepares reports detailing the status of the project budget.
4.Coordinates the work of consultants and team members who have been assigned responsibility for various portions of a project; confers with multi-disciplinary leaders to establish work plan responsibilities and scope of authority; ensures technical proficiency and productivity of project staff and arranges for training as necessary.
5.Plans and conducts project meetings with stakeholders and team members; develops and maintains a communication plan and related project status reports for key stakeholders.
6.Reviews and analyzes project changes requests and makes recommendations related to the execution of these requests.
7.Conducts risk and cost/benefit analyses, manages risk associated with projects, and devises strategies to deal with unexpected crises and unresolved risks.
8.Performs project closure activities including release of contract and permanent team members from the project, and completing lessons learned and project implementation review of best practices.

Salary Information

Annual Salary Range (Based on 40 hours worked per week): $82,095.81 to $123,143.72
Hourly Salary Range: $39.47 to $59.20
