What part will you play?

The Director of Machine Intelligence will play a pivotal role in driving the organization's adoption and integration of advanced machine intelligence technologies.
A primary area of responsibility will involve spearheading the development of intelligent systems capable of interpreting and connecting various business and operational data sources to a centralized data model and data lake. This will involve overseeing the implementation of cutting-edge data architectures, such as graph databases, to facilitate efficient data integration and querying.

What will you be doing?

• Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for integrating GAI, ML, and data analytics technologies into our internal operations, product development, and service delivery processes.

• Identify opportunities to leverage GAI, ML, and advanced data analytics technologies to streamline and automate internal processes, such as workflow management, data analysis, and decision-making.
• Facilitate the integration of GAI, ML, and advanced data analytics technologies into our existing media and broadcast systems integration offerings, enhancing their capabilities and delivering superior value to our clients.

What do we require from you?

• 7+ years of Media industry experience in Solutions design and Architecting
• 3-5 experience in machine intelligence with a focus on media
• Education, training, or hands-on experience working in AI, or a related field, with a strong emphasis on Generative AI, Machine Learning, and advanced data analytics techniques.
• Extensive experience in leading and managing GAI, ML, and data analytics initiatives, preferably within the media, broadcast, or related industries.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing innovative solutions leveraging GAI, ML, and advanced data analytics technologies, with a focus on process optimization and product/service innovation.
• Solid understanding and practical experience with graph databases, vector databases, and other advanced database management systems.
• Broad knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in the AI, GAI, ML, data analytics, media, and broadcast domains.
• Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams, fostering innovation, and driving organizational change within complex, technology-driven environments

Preferred:

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, and C++, as well as familiarity with machine learning frameworks will be essential. Additionally, expertise in data engineering, including data modeling, ETL processes, and distributed computing technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark), will be an asset.

Our compensation ranges reflect the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The pay details below range from our lowest geographic market up to our highest geographic market. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills and experience depending on the position offered, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
