About the Role This role will lead and grow our Influencer and Social Strategy practice at Ogilvy Health. Our Senior Vice Presidents significantly contribute to the agency's overall performance and revenues, identify and develop new business opportunities and serve as a valued leader and resource for clients and client account teams. They exemplify and manage achievement of the agency's vision, values and management philosophies. They are responsible for working closely with senior agency resources, PR and marketing stakeholders to plan large-scale client specific programs. Senior Vice Presidents are also exceptional leaders of teams who inspire others. Our influencer work has grown at a fast pace over time. Client demand, potential for growth and huge amounts of integrated opportunities makes this a great time to add an expert to lead the Influencer & Social function. This role requires an all-around senior strategist with depth and expertise in business, social and influencer operations, with a strong understanding of how brands grow in the Social Age. You have experience from multiple categories, and across brands in different stages of growth. And you are also a true social-first subject matter expert. The role requires an experienced practitioner who can answer technical questions but also have depth of knowledge to have meaningful client interactions in an impactful way. What You'll Do
