About the Role As a Strategy Director you are a leader who opens the aperture of opportunity on the account. You are highly collaborative with account and creative. Through directly managing junior planners &/or mentoring other Ogilvy strategists, you reinforce your own skillset. You aren't just delegating; you create opportunities for people around you. You have a perspective on brands & consumers, and you speak from knowledge and experience, where your insight into consumer attitudes and behaviors is the source of your authority. What You'll Do
