Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

Responsibilities

Responsible for full cycle recruiting and providing supplemental HR support in areas such as talent management, leadership coaching, employee relations as needed or assigned. This position will serve as the full cycle recruiter for functional teams and will have regular interaction with Presidents, Vice Presidents, Directors and managers.

  • Partner with Regional and Divisional leadership to determine staffing needs and strategy. Manage the entire recruitment process including sourcing, recruiter interview, manager interview, assessments and job offer.
  • Partner with internal HR stakeholders including Compensation and HR Business Partners to drive clarity around job pricing, offer approvals, etc.
  • Proactively establishes pipeline of qualified and passive candidates through various sourcing techniques. Leverages applicant tracking system for all candidate workflow including application, interviews, offers and onboarding.
  • Researches and understands current industry and recruitment trends. Adept at using creative and cutting-edge ways to recruit. Comfortable with constant networking including inside and outside of industry.
  • As needed, supports HR leadership to address employee related matters and provides support on various HR trainings.
  • Supports corporate, regional and divisional initiatives around talent acquisition, talent acquisition and talent management as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Five (5) years recruiting experience to include at least three (3) years handling a high volume of requisitions
  • Previous sourcing experience required (an understanding of Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems (iCIMS preferred) and knowledge of current sourcing trends)
  • Previous experience developing creative recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates i.e., job fairs, hiring events, and university recruiting.
  • Strong computer skills with expertise in Microsoft Windows Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and primarily Excel
  • Demonstrated track record of using technology to implement talent management initiatives, including partnership with cross-functional teams to deploy the technology necessary for success
