Retail Services Specialist

This position is in Salary Grade CS2, with a minimum starting wage of $19.03 per hour. The successful candidate's starting wage will be calculated based on education and experience within the compensation grade range.

The purpose of this position is to assist with college store operations as an independent college bookstore; to develop and enhance the store's strategies and services to meets objectives and goals and to serve as a resource for part time staff and students. This is accomplished with knowledge of the store software system including register processes, cash handling procedures and associated functions; of inventory applications for comprehensive merchandise and textbook purchasing, selling, and accounting procedures; providing customer service; and the ability to perform and prioritize tasks with limited supervision and complete work as a team member. Performs other duties as assigned by store manager.

Requires minimum of associates degree

1-3 years required

Requires valid drivers license
