Additional Compensation Details:

  • $67k-$87K per year Depending on Experience
  • Potential 90-day performance-based raise

Responsibilities

The Role

The Systems Analyst will oversee all the software applications within Charlie's Produce onsite at our Seattle, Wa location, including but not limited to upgrading and daily maintenance of current applications and installations of any new systems that may be acquired to improve business operations.

This role does not offer relocation.

Essential Responsibilities Include but Not Limited To:

  • Work on issues/tickets reported by business teams
  • Debugging, troubleshooting and finding the root causes
  • Administer, support and test systems
  • Work with Business teams on requirements, documentation, user acceptance testing
  • Work with Software vendors for execution, documentation, creating test scripts and working with business users for user testing prior to production implementation.
  • Support application integrations, multitasking and change management
  • Be in constant communication with upper management regarding system glitches and changes
  • Responding to requests and providing effective customer service using clear communication skills
  • Experience in business negotiations, building partnerships and project management
  • Experience in team building and a problem solver
  • Must possess planning and project implementation skills
  • Open to ideas and collaborate with team members
  • SharePoint, PowerAps, Office 365 administration
  • Be flexible and adopt to the business culture while staying customer focus
  • Candidate will be required to maintain a strong working relationship with key stakeholders at all levels within the organization to understand their business modules and must be able to work with the systems analysts to understand the necessary requirements to deliver and promote technical solutions as the business evolves.
  • Customer focus and must be Knowledgeable of the subject matter at hand to play a role of a technical advisor for the business teams
  • Create system support documentation


Qualifications

Desired Minimum Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
  • The ability to occasionally work on weekends and holidays.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience working with applications, implementation, customer facing, vendor management and project management
  • SharePoint, PowerAps, Office 365 administration experience preferred
  • Conceptual knowledge of applications, Software Development Lifecycle and IT infrastructure
  • Familiar with the concepts, principles and practices of software applications and supporting infrastructure.
  • Familiar with the concepts, principles and practices of Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Fulfilment or Corporate accounting practices
  • Knowledgeable and understanding of scripting and programming languages
  • One or more certifications to support the desired job description is preferred
  • Ability to travel as needed, approximately 5%
  • Knowledge of design, build and supports data base, application integration and meeting customer expectations
  • Experience in bridging the gap between IT and business operations
  • Proven ability to deliver high quality work on time and with minimal supervision
  • MS-SQL scripting and services such as SSIS, SSRS and SSAS will be helpful
