Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Software Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, focusing on hands-on software development and managing the delivery of complex software projects. The person will also act as a Product Manager for software products.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Technical Responsibilities:



  • Proficiency in Apache Pulsar, Microsoft Azure, C++, C#, Python, SQL, NOSQL, and .NET ecosystem (Preferred xUnit, Fluent Assertions, Blazor, Playwright, Mocks, TDD).
  • Expertise in the .NET ecosystem and cross-platform development.
  • Expertise in cross-platform server and terminal development using OneImlx.Terminal framework across Windows, Linux, and macOS.
  • Extensive knowledge of distributed messaging systems, network protocols, and data engineering.
  • Actively code, design, document, and serve as a technical liaison for customers.
  • Develop, design, and maintain software for control and communication with mechatronic subsystems.
  • Lead the modernization journey, including upgrading legacy software components.
  • All other duties as required.


Project Management Responsibilities:



  • Certifications in SAFe (SAFe Agilist, SAFe Program Consultant), Agile (Certified ScrumMaster, PMI-ACP), and Lean are highly desirable.
  • Lead and manage multiple software development projects.
  • Develop project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Implement and advocate for SAFe, Agile, and Lean methodologies.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Conduct status meetings, provide progress updates, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members.
  • All other duties as required.
