What you will be doing

Summary:

This position is responsible for providing support to the users of one or more BI web portals. Users include providers and pharmaceutical sales representatives. This position will be responsible for answering hotline calls and responding to email requests for website support. Typical support requests include registration verification, user activation and name, and training regarding navigating the website.

    Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Serves as a key resource for supporting website users and answering support hotlines

    • Navigates portals and other applications to complete registration verifications and user activations

    • Provides assistance to users who forget their username or receive system errors

    • Provides training and assistance to users regarding website navigation and functionality as needed

    • Monitors website mail boxes

    • Generates and distributes monthly activity reports. Delivers excellent customer service

    • Performs data QC and UAT. Tracks performance of report run times

    • Contributes to the development and updates of SOPs and scripts

    • Suggests site enhancements and process improvements

    • Performs related duties as assigned

    What your background should look like
    • A combination of experience and education; previous experience working directly with physician office customers and/or previous experience with technical or customer support is required; normally requires less than two (2) years of related and progressively responsible experience

    • Excellent customer service orientation and professional communication skills

    • Ability to understand and respond to user issues appropriately when no script is available

    • Knowledge of healthcare data privacy and HIPAA compliance requirements a plus

    • Good analytical and problem solving

    • Ability to trouble-shoot issues and escalate problems effectively and efficiently

    • Ability to prioritize work load and consistently meet deadlines

    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
