In this role, you will as semble a platform from limited notes developing it into a platform that can be correctly manufactured and packaged. You will also respond to and resolve internal customer queries in a timely and accurate manner.

Responsibilities
  • Assemble a product from limited notes and guidelines while maintaining a high standard of quality.
  • Develop comprehensive work instructions that meet organizational standards.
  • Research, outline, write, and edit new and existing content, working closely with various departments to understand project requirements.
  • Creating labels and print on demand documentation for platforms guided by requests.
  • Creates documents and configuration routes by analyzing engineering call notes, manufacturing methods, customers' existing platforms, quality check points and budgetary and personnel requirements.
  • Guide First Article Inspection orders through the facility and evaluate improvement options and suggestions.
  • Review documentation for errors, improvements or non-conforming material.
  • Effectively communicate with relevant departments to understand manufacturing output and input, collect the required tools and product to complete necessary tasks, and identify potential needs and issues in advance of delays.
  • Analyze various processes, schedules and methods to drive change and improvements.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
Qualifications
  • A high-school diploma or GED, or an additional three years of related on-the-job experience.
  • 2-3 years of experience with technical writing.
  • Working experience with training material development.
  • Experience with photo editing software.
  • Experience with computer hardware.
  • Ability to gather information in an effective manner.
  • Ability to analyze subject and audience to produce clear documentation.
  • Effective communication within a team environment.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Possess a strong internal motivation, problem solving skills and a creative mindset.
