The Corporate Real Estate and Workplace (CREW) services organization provides the best in class experience to Marvell Hybrid Workforce by integrating space and technology to enable every individual to feel engaged, collaborate and get their job done; while also ensuring that everyone's safety and health is protected and the impact to environment is minimized to create the most sustainable operations.

What You Can Expect

  • Leading by example holding regular staff meetings, 1:1 meetings, and professional development discussions with all employees on team.
  • Support and drive leasing activities leveraging available resources.
  • Manage expense budgets in accordance with business needs.
  • Driving refinement to preventative maintenance plans
  • Clear and consistent communication of CREW activities affecting Marvell employees at sites in our region.
  • Guiding and overseeing the capital projects in your region
  • Develop customized workplace policies and procedures tailored to each site's unique needs and regulations.
  • Support/enable employee safety programs provided by EHS team.
  • Support/enable injury and illness prevention plans provided by EHS team.
  • Support/enable emergency action and fire prevention plans provided by EHS team.
  • Support/enable ergonomic policies provided by EHS team.
  • Support/enable hazard communication policies provided by EHS team.
  • Recommend, educate, and enforce space policies/standards, procedures, and protocols.
  • Participate in Audits (including financial, process, seat assignments, occupancy, vacancy, labs, & equipment.)
  • Assist in developing site-specific planning strategies with Senior Leadership.
  • As necessary, participate in project and move coordination planning meetings.
  • Perform other duties as necessary.

What We're Looking For

  • 12 plus years leading and managing a team of at least 10 Workplace Service Specialists in a campus capacity.
  • Demonstrable experience working with corporate leasing and brokerage firms to identify appropriate properties and negotiate lease terms
  • Demonstrated budget management skills for both OPEX and CAPEX.
  • Excellent communication and people management skills
  • Experience driving facility operations efficiency in a large "start-up" environment.
  • Experience with corporate change management.

Expected Base Pay Range (USD)

149,080 - 223,300, $ per annum

The successful candidate's starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
