Job Description This Business Analyst, IT will be responsible for working collaboratively with the business operations to identify opportunities to design, develop, and deliver custom solutions that solve complex business challenges. This role requires the ability to work across all levels of the organization providing insight and guidance that will ensure value add solutions are planned and executed to optimize results and improve efficiencies. Proactively collaborate with stakeholders to validate requirements, resolve business needs Gather, analyze and document business andfunctional requirements from business users Interpreting business needs, creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, identifying opportunities and providing solutions for the business Effectively present and communicate recommendations based on solid business rationale Deliver timely work products and results through the course of a project life cycle Compile tasks and estimates and provide reporting of project to stakeholders Performs UAT testing and other validation tasks for systems used at the company Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends Qualifications: Highly organized with great attention to detail Strong project management capability Remain resilient in the face of ambiguity and be able to effectively prioritize work load Proven experience in gathering requirements and testing Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualizations techniques and tools Proven experience in IT infrastructure planning and development Demonstrate a desire and commitment to continuously improve skills by taking advantage of learning opportunities provided Minimum Requirements: BA/BS or combination of industry certifications and equivalent related work experience of 5 years or more Strong technical knowledge Strong understanding of project management principles Demonstrate a commitment to supporting company's ethics and values At Tricon, we are committed to creating a workplace where every individual is valued for their unique contributions, experiences, voices, and backgrounds. Salary Range Placement within this compensation range will be determined by the candidate's knowledge, experience and skills. $60,790.00 - $101,310.00
