Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate, timely, and creative solutions to end-user computer problems of a moderate nature to ensure end-user productivity.
  • Perform general maintenance tasks, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems and peripheral equipment located throughout the enterprise.
  • Provide support and quality service to X staff by installing, inspecting, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing personal computers, peripherals, network printers, and other technology devices.
  • Perform on-site analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of complex desktop problems for end users, and recommend and implement corrective solutions, including off-site repair for remote users as needed
  • Work with home office support, Help Desk, and applications staff as appropriate to determine and resolve problems received from clients.
  • Provides updates, status, and completion information to manager and/or users, via voicemail, e-mail, or in-person communication.
  • Successful work experience identifying PC problems to a functional level
  • Completes tickets in a timely manner, using the service Now Ticketing System used by Lovelace.
  • Ability to work varied shifts and be on call rotation with some weekends

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • One (1) year experience in Information Systems / Network Administration (Word, Excel, Access PowerPoint)
  • Experience with Windows 2000 Server and Active Directory
  • Microsoft Exchange Server 2000 Administration Skills

Preferred Job Requirements:

  • Healthcare experience/knowledge
  • MCP certification
  • Experience with VDI'S
  • Certifications (A+ MCP)
