NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Customer Care Voice Associate to join our team in for a Temporary Remote position.

Role Responsibilities

-Answer incoming phone calls from healthcare providers regarding benefits and eligibility, billing and payments, authorizations for treatment, explanation of benefits, etc.

-Create written correspondence if issues were not resolved during the call

-Conduct provider outreach phone calls to collect missing information from medical providers.

-Route inquiries needing further investigation to the appropriate department and conduct routine case checks as needed.

-Complete all relevant documentation necessary to track provider issues and facilitate the reporting of overall trends.

Required Skills/Experience

• Ability to work regularly scheduled shifts from Monday to Friday, 8PM to 5AM Eastern Standard Time.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent that required 3+ years of formal studies using English language as a medium of communication.
• 1+ year(s) of healthcare industry experience in a Provider (hospital/doctor's office)

*** The shift timings can be changed as per client requirements. Additionally, resources may have to do overtime and work on weekend's basis business requirement.

"Position's General Duties and Tasks

In these roles, you will be responsible for:

Taking 30-40 inbound calls per day from members and potential
members
Verifying proper completion of enrollment and change
documentation.
Ensuring accurate and timely completion of transactions to
meet or exceed client SLAs
Identifying and resolving both regular and non-routine problems
or escalate to more proficient team members
Adhering to attendance, professional conduct and member
confidentiality policies and guidelines
Accepting and implementing coaching and feedback to achieve
individual and team performance goals
Requirements for this role include:

High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability to work regularly scheduled day shifts Monday - Friday
8:00am to 7:00pm EST and possibly Saturday and Sunday 8:00
AM to 12:00 EST (based on business need)
Ability to work remote with a stable internet connection
Attend six week remote training Monday-Friday 8:30-5:00 pm
EST
Noise Free/Distraction Free Workspace
Must be from RI or abutting towns
6+ months of experience in a customer service role where you
had to correspond in writing or over the phone with customers
6+ months of experience in a customer service role where you
had to apply business rules to varying fact situations and make
appropriate decisions
6+ months of experience using a computer with Windows PC
applications that required you to use a keyboard, navigate
screens, leverage internet search engines, and other web based
applications. Microsoft Office suite that required daily usage of
Outlook, Excel and Word
Ability to type 40 WPM

Additionally, you may have to do overtime (paid) and work on
weekends based on business requirements.
*** All new hires will be required to successfully complete our
Orientation/Process training classes and demonstrate proficiency
of the material"

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is $20.00. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
