As Dealer Performance Manager, you will join our Digital Transformation - Global Credit & Risk team in CNH Industrial Financial Services and be responsible for accurate submission and analysis of data through the CNH Industrial Business Management Systems (BMS) program. This program is the front-end application which allows the CNH Industrial Dealer network to submit and monitor various performance metrics.

You will collaborate with other team members and stakeholders from across the organization to initiate and implement creative business solutions which meet business needs, continuously improve the BMS program, and develop deep insights and process improvements using BMS originated data. You will also be responsible for providing training and engagement initiatives with CNH employees and members of our dealer network. Being a member of a global team, you should expect to be involved with projects in all regions.

To be successful in this role, you must have very strong interpersonal skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, be able to work with little supervision in a fast-paced environment, and to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.



Responsibilities

As the Dealer Performance Manger, your responsibilities focus on managing and developing the BMS Program, as well as leveraging the data from that application to support internal processes. These responsibilities include though are not limited to:

    Manage the set-up process for dealers joining the BMS program and build the adequate account mapping process between Dealer Chart of Accounts and CNHI Chart of Accounts
  • Support existing program members with maintaining the accurate account mapping process between Dealer Chart of Accounts and CNHI Chart of Accounts
  • Supervise quality and integrity of incoming data from various sources (dealers, internal) and provide regular reporting to management about the financial/operational status of the CNHI network
  • Develop and provide training to BMS users within the organization and to CNHI Dealers
  • Work to develop, test, and deploy enhancements to the BMS platform which improve end-user experience
  • Work with the various internal CNHI BMS users to identify new requirements to improve user experience, analytics, reporting tools and the BMS platform/program overall.
  • Work with BMS data to identify areas in which existing business processes can be improved or automated, then work to implement these opportunities alongside other CNHI peers.
  • Own projects for the development and implementation of new functionalities/features in all CNHI Regions
  • Work collaboratively with external vendors and ICT to turn ideas into action
  • Support the development and implementation of various data and analytical tools associated with dealer development, optimal credit lines, dealer scorecards etc.
  • Provide support and back-up for all members within the Global Credit Tools department
  • Perform other tasks as the need arises due to changes in legal environment or increased risk exposure due to changes in the market environment

Position Pays $74,625 to $109,450 (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)



Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or MBA in Accounting, Finance or equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience in accounting or financial statement analysis required

Preferred:

  • CPA or equivalent industry experience in financial analysis
  • Experience in the AG/CE equipment financing industry
  • Prior credit underwriting experience
  • Experience working with BI and analytics tools such as Power BI, Databricks or equivalent a plus
