This position is in CS1, with a minimum salary of $16.71 per hour. The successful candidate's salary will be calculated based on education and experience within the grade range.

General Description
The purpose of this position is to support the C2A3 Programming Coordinator. This includes the support for the training events of the C2A3 consortium, coordinating training events across the US states and territories, and serving as a liaison to C2A3 trainers and administrative contacts. This is accomplished by: managing specific administrative tasks related to training, C2A3 trainers and administrative contacts, and partner organizations; organize and communicate all details of training events to C2A3 trainers and administrative contacts; and ensure that C2A3 trainers have the necessary resources for successful training events. This position will also maintain records and registrations, coordinating training assessments and evaluations with each event, managing logistics (caterings, space rentals, AV, etc.) and scheduling of events. The position would entail processing reimbursements and invoices from all trainers and partners and assisting with the tracking of all expenses of the training agreement with NRCS.
Other duties include: Assisting C2A3 programming coordinator with contracts, paperwork for trainers, etc.; preparing information for C2A3 social media, website and marketing materials; arranging travel as necessary for trainers and C2A3 programming coordinator; maintaining databases of NRCS contacts and trainers.

This position will be considered a remote/hybrid position. This position does have the potential to grow into a full-time position.
