Inside Sales Representative - Machinery Sales - Bensalem, PA

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Generate leads by cold-calling potential customers from lists generated by Sales and Marketing.
• Follow up & qualify leads for walk-in customers, internal/external leads, leads generated from bid reporting systems and marketing campaigns.
• Collect and maintain customer information including addresses, phone numbers and email addresses.
• Outbound calls to drive attendance at company marketing events.
• Act as information contact point for ongoing marketing campaigns.
• Follow up customer service calls after sales to gauge satisfaction with the sales process.

RECOMMENDED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
• Communication, time management and organizational skills.
• Can be a self-starter and work with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; both verbal and written.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and CRM systems. Effective communication and interpersonal skills; both verbal and written.
• Bilingual, a plus
